Please note that although completed BSSA.3 and BSSA.4A & 4Y forms are generated by the Show Manager program but only after all the results from the BSSA.2 forms are captured, it is recommended that, to speed up proceedings and to avoid delays before judging of the Major Awards can proceed, blank BSSA.3 and BSSA.4A & 4Y forms which are included, are to be prepared by hand (ie filling in the appropriate blocks of the various Colour Dot winners' columns) by the office staff on receipt of the BSSA.2 forms (which are also to be completed by hand by the senior stewards) from the judges.
You are advised to save these forms on your computer for future use.
